Units delivered as promised and the machines were robust upon installation

There was some initial hiccups after placing the order in that it was shipped to the billing address instead of the shipping address, but they were very responsive when I reached out to them and went above and beyond to fix it. Thanks SuperLogics!

Web site is good and support is there when I had questions.

my computer works great , thank you.

We needed a system quickly. Used the web site to layout specifications with associated price. Called for help with a couple options. Received excellent advice, to include additional customized options.. System was built and delivered as needed. System has been configured and testing is in progress.

Liam Fitts was extremely competent & professional in helping me configure the next purchase of SL-EB-LL2930-S29 for our standard Fire Alarm Control Panel so we could achieve the performance we desired. In addition, he provided information about certifications that will enable us to more rapidly get our solution certified and get to market earlier. His demeanor is extremely pleasant and patient and you don't feel rushed like many other vendors who just want to get the order and get you off the phone. Also, your PC's have been of the highest quality and have performed flawlessly. Thanks!

Knowledgeable and patient staff. Thank you
