Can't stress enough how good the customer service and sales staff is. Great to work with.

It's been a little over 2 weeks since I took delivery of the computer. All I can say is GREAT!! simply GREAT!! The last 5 computers I bought were from either Dell or HP and I had trouble on all of them from the start. One I had to send back. I can't believe how quiet this thing is. I love there web site and the ability to save different configurations. John in customer service and Gabriel in support were both very helpful in giving me advice. This is my first rackmount computer but not my last. If they keep this up they have a customer for life.

Liam, was extremely helpful and fast in response. shipment was done at the promised date. Thank you, and will do business again soon

Excellent and prompt Service!

John was very helpful in putting together a rush order. Also rather impressed with the value on the inside / relatively plain packaging concept. Excellent value overall.

Very helpful. Direct to the point. Friendly and professional.

Always happy with the work you do.

The whole process from start to finish was a pleasure, and the finished product is running happily in my data center. John was exceedingly helpful in guiding me toward a suitable system based on my specifications.
