Hi Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your business. You are right, and I apologize that the lead time for your order took too long. The systems you ordered use a motherboard from a company called ITOX that they typically have in stock. Because they typically stock the board in the US, and because we only sell about 4 of them per month, we keep a small quantity at our production facility in Natick, MA. Over the past three months sales of systems with that motherboard have increased from 4 per month to 7 per month depleting our supply, and more importantly, lead time has changed from ITOX from off-the-shelf to 1-2 months. We have increased our re-order set point on this item and are working with the vendor to try to understand whether this was a temporary disruption in their supply or a longer term lead time change that we need we need to account for when determining our re-order set point. Thank you for your review. I understand and agree that sometimes technical information on our old site was hard to find. The time had come to say thank you and farewell to our old site, so we did just that a week ago. The site, just retired, was our second (the first/original site was created back in 1994). This second site served its purpose well since 2003. It was officially decommissioned last Thursday after a period of overlap with what is now our new, much improved site! The retired site had been showing its age for some time, so 4 1/2 years ago we set out to create something better, something focused on how our customers interacted with computer systems and their components, our sales team, our site and within their own organizations. I think you will find specifications on the new site easier to find, easier to read, and much easier to base searches on. "Dear WK, Thank you for your order. I read your TrustPilot review and am sorry the quality of the 1U case did not meet your expectations. Could I trouble you to email me a photo of the bulges you were referring too? I just looked at this case in our assembly area – there is a metal tab on the top cover that slides under the front housing to keep the cover flush in the front – there is no similar tab in back so we have seen occasional very minor warping/flex in the cover when all the screws are tight – but just in the back. Do you think the cover of your unit may not be installed properly in the front? If the metal slide tab centered in the front is fully visible, that is the issue and it is easy to fix. I appreciate your feedback because product quality is so important to us and our customers, and it my responsibility to make any necessary adjustments and improve the fit and finish. Thanks, Matt"

Thank you for your order of a 2U computer and also rails for that computer. I'm sorry that you may have expected 1 box but were surprised that there where 2 boxes instead. The rails do not fit in a 2U or 1U box without probable damage to the product. Damage would have almost been guaranteed if shipping in 1 box to India. I'm glad that you received your items safely and again thank you for your order. Matt x101

Hi Scott, Thank you very much for your review. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I just learned that when we tested your system here the short Startech USB cable was installed, tested and was working properly. I can't explain why it would not have continued to function as tested after delivery. I am glad the longer 6' USB cable that was also included did function properly. As far as I can tell, this is a rare case of everything being done properly by all parties, yet still there is a chance for technical difficulty. I am glad our technical support was helpful and friendly and able to help troubleshoot the issue with you. Thank you again for taking the time to provide feedback. Matt x101
