I thought that the quality of the track lighting was excellent. Things that could be improved upon from the supplier however, would have been helpful to me: 1. initial order from a faulty website was not as expected or represented correctly. 2. Was transferred from customer service to sales as a cold call when I called it in. 3.Package arrived with loose open boxes inside main create. The track-tube packaging end-cap had come off in shipping. and was delivered open. I'm really surprised nothing was damaged in the 2,000 mile shipping. 4. While instructions for mounting track-heads were included but unclear, for lack of instructions to unmount the heads, I nearly destroyed everything. Not everyone knows how tracks work. Better, website, instructions, and customer service are needed for this company.

Product works great, just what I wanted. Instructions and specs could be better. Online description says light can be wall mounted but instructions did not explain how to do it and wasn't obvious. Called customer service. Turns out it requires a special tool (drill bit extender) that I did not have, so I had to jerry-rig something.

The LED fluorescent replacement lights were great. Used 10 in a home shop they are a great product and for less than half the cost at big box store. Shipped quickly after the order(next day).

My only suggestion is to add in the actual dimensions of the bulbs because I was not sure the size from the pictures and was wanting the smaller bulb OD for the up lighting on my house but they work fine anyway.
