Submitted all my required paper work…
Submitted all my required paper work was only approved for $750. The customer service is very horrible and unprofessional. Made my experience with them very uncomfortable due to their stereotypical attitude.

I have refinanced at least two or three times, however now I have been calling the 1-888-278-5888 for a week straight no answer, sent emails with all my documents no response from anyone. I am just trying to refinance my loan

I applied to refinance my loan before I…
I applied to refinance my loan before I went on vacation. Because of them not being fully staffed and taking over a week to start my refinancing now I can't refinance my loan because the new pay period started and it shows that I am on leave for 40 hours bad business . I'm going to do my best to pay this loan off and never go back to them again

very rude female employee
very rude female employee, if you could do the loan without having to talk to the people then it’ll be fine. But one of their staffers are very rude and unhelpful .

I have tried many times to get a loan i…
I have tried many times to get a loan i make enough money to pay the loan back but this last denial was because I took my 1 week of annual that was already on the board and I was denied because of that. It is very hard to get a loan with this company when your struggling.

Hi Kathy! Sorry that we haven't been able to approve you in the past. We do have strict criteria for our approval process to ensure a low default rate which is beneficial to both Superior Funding and the consumer. One of the criteria that must be met is that a maximum of 32 hours of paid leave is all that can be used for a pay period in order to be approved. Hopefully we can approve you in the future!
