Our item still hasn’t shipped and we still don’t have an update on it. Terrible service up to this point.

Thank you for your review. Your order was received June 9th. The megaphones state to allow up to 4 business days for production. Your order shipped on June 14th. Due to the items shipping direct from the manufacturer, the email with tracking does not automatically send to you. We will email you the tracking detail. flash gloves purchase
I was in the market for some flash gloves and came across superior cheer. I needed them that week, so I called superior cheer on a Monday to verify if I ordered them that day that they would be in when I needed them. So she told me if I ordered them that Monday then they I would receive them Wednesday. I told her I was in AL and she assured me I would have them in 2 days on Wednesday so I went ahead and placed the order. Wednesday came, no gloves. Thursday came no gloves so I called them Thursday and she told me I would receive them Friday and I told her I was told they would arrive Wednesday and she said I should not have been told that. So it was very frustrating that I was told I would receive them Wednesday and I called to verify it before I placed my order and they didn't come until Friday. Also they did nothing to compensate me being given wrong information. Although she was very nice and helpful, this is why I rated them 3 stars.

Thank you for your review. Orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days and transit time to your local is usually 2-3 business days.
