I placed my order for a shipping…
I placed my order for a shipping notification from my tacking shop app then it was marked delivered only to find out they haven’t been shipped let alone delivered and when they do get shipped they will not be shipped with the handles at the rate I just need a refund!

Thank you for your review. This item ships from the manufacturer so we do not send tracking information on that, perhaps that was another package from a different company you were tracking. The manufacturer is having supply issues with the product. The item, less the handle, delivered to you on 8/25. You are welcome to return this product for a merchandise refund. Beware...not really in stock!!
Your website says that items were in stock...however when I called to check on them I was told that you don't actually have them and they are shipping direct from Champion. I know for a fact that Champion does not have the items in stock. When I asked for a refund, I was told you would get back with me. It has been 24 hours and I have heard nothing. Be better!!!

Unfortunately, Champion had not notified us of the stock issue prior to you contacting us. We are awaiting confirmation from Champion that they have cancelled the order request. They were great at getting my order to…
They were great at getting my order to me quickly. The only down side is their briefs run really small so I would recommend ordering up on sizes. Response to company reply: we did, but none of the sizes really changed in size. Our Adult small was almost the exact size of youth med.
