Not very impressed with customer service ...
I had placed my order for cheer shoes and the size needed was showing IN STOCK at the time of the order (customers should not be able to place orders for out of stock items and then get left in the dark). I received my confirmation email. 20 days later i reached out to them since i had not received my order. The response i got was that the shoe was out of stock until FEBRUARY. Disappointed that this information was not relayed to us at any point in time during these 20 days of waiting. I could have looked elsewhere during this time. I don't plan to order from Superior Cheer again. The only reason for a 2 star rating is because they did respond to my email requesting information.

No shipping confirmation or tracking number
Large pants were out of stock so we sized down to medium and then after placing my order they emailed me to say that they are also out of medium. So we changed the color of the pants and re-ordered. I never received a shipping email or tracking number. When I emailed and asked for one, they said they would check on it but never responded. The box magically showed up one day before we needed it so thank God for that.

Thank you for your review. Many name brand products ship direct from their respective warehouses. We are not always notified of stock issues until we order a specific item. Because of supply issues and low quantities, they may sell out of a size by the time we contact you, receive approval on the size change, and get back to them. I apologize for the inconvenience. With this item shipping direct from this manufacture's warehouse we must request tracking information from them, as they are not currently connected to our shipping/tracking system. We hope to improve this in the future so we do not have to rely on a reply back from a vendor to provide you with tracking information.
