Never received a refund, here we are A month later. No refund
I placed a order for warmup pants. Got a email maybe a few weeks later saying those items were on back order for several months away. Then was asked what I would like to do, receive a refund or wait. I said refund and the process was underway. Here it is a month later and I have yet to receive a refund. Emailed customer service and was told they checking in to it. Weeks later still no answer or refund. Never will I order from this company again.

Thank you for your review. We do not charge your card until the items ship. I apologize if there was some miswording used with the word "refund". We did not charge your card so there was no refund to issue. We cancelled the order and the preauthorization fell off. Please double check your bank statement. Amanda - Customer Care Team
