I haven’t received my full order
I haven’t received my full order. Received an email som incorrect items were shipped, a replacement was sent and a label to return the extras. Never received initial order, but received replacements. Replied to email about original order, auto response to contact using another email. Sent another email and still no response.

Pink Megs
Pink megs were easy to order and came in pretty quickly! They looked great for our cancer awareness game! The only issue is there was no updates or ability to check your order status online (although there was a link to “click here for order update”)

Great customer service! Will and Andrea are amazing!
There was a little hiccup in our custom order which delayed me receiving the flags but customer service was great, found the problem and over nighted them to me! They were here for homecoming and that was what they were ordered for! So… great job, great service and we loved them!!!

We were in desperate need of pom poms…
We were in desperate need of pom poms for my daughter's middle school drill team, and weren't able to find anyone that had these in stock. The place they normally buy them had them on back order. I found you guys online, ordered them, and had them in the girl's hands less than a week later. To say we were happy would be an understatement! You guys are the BEST!!!
