Ordered a megaphone and the handle keeps falling off. The navy is not very navy and instead more purple.

I did a customized back pack weeks ago
I did a customized back pack weeks ago. I needed to make a correction, upon calling the company twice they stated no corrections could be made. But with that being said my item had not been done yet and would still be another 2 weeks before I recieved it.
