Lots of rubberbanding from server lag. Server size is what they recommended for less than 8 players and it happens to all of us. Pings are routinely <20mS but spike up well over 100. Server config could be better, they do notbhave all of the default server config options set when you create a new server so youvhave to go through it in a very detailed manner. Also they require you to manually lookup and eneter the selectable options that are normally a drop down in the game menu. Like I don't know the integer to enter for a setting and have to open the game and figure it out to set it properly. Playwrs and zombies fall through the floors or walls fairly regularly, but I'm not sure if that's a game or server issue.

Set up in minutes? Perhaps I wanted to run mods and overhauls. Took about 2 days for me to get it working, but I'm not experienced at any of this and 7d2d is a bit technical with lots of steps and hoops to jump through. CS did reply to my requests and issues which did give me tips on steps needed. Still can't get RWG maps to upload and run. Overall I'm happy with a good server for $1 a day

Everything is good, but when we are playing in 3 people on server plan M, where is written that is good for 5 people, we all have lags. I don't know where is the problem but Mr from support told that he will look at it, so we will see.

Very laggy and won't work with you on renewing the subscription earlier than the due date

I was a customer for a while, had a satisfactory server, palworld server and a valheim server. I was mostly satisfied with the service, its a little laggy here and there but it was bearable... until I closed those servers and opened a valheim server. The quality of the game and the intensity of the lag increased with only the 3 of us playing. I am not sure if the fact I am based in the UK had any impact on the server quality, maybe they dont get good coverage in the UK? As a result of this lag I opened a support ticket on the discord server to which I did not receive any acknowledgement for 2 days, after a bit of back and forth, again another 2 days went by, nothing... radio silence. Unsatisfied with the server performance and the support unfortunately I have decided to cancel my subscription and look somewhere else. Overall, this is an average hosting service. I cant honestly recommend it, especially to the UK population.

While the service is decent. There is no changing over from 7 days to another of the games they support for servers. If you a small group who hops games. I can not recommend this hosting group.

I like the ease of the interface. the random generation preview doesn't work. I can't upload a personal map. I don't know why this is an issue. you don't have all the functionality you get from working in the game directly such as advance terrain choices in a21. I wish all the server options were available. please update these items and I'll update my score.
