We never advertised supporting Botman or CSMM. Just opposite - our page states explicitly we don't support them (https://7d2d.net/help). All supported modpacks are clearly listed in our plan descriptions. Additionally we also provide 7 days to test the service with full refund policy. Users may install supported mods and see if that works for them. Botman and CSMM (and ServerTools) are heavyweight extensions that change the game binaries which is not supported at the moment. If they are one day, the price will be most likely higher.

I had the worst experience with the hosting company, By far the most disrespectful unprofessional service out there. I'm very glad I chose to get a refund, definitely won't be returning! You say it like it took place for a hour or something it was instant literally seconds after I made the ticket you guys forced closed the server and kicked me out of the panel and no warning or anything just blocked me from the files so I couldn't grab a file I made. No one even attempted to talk to me about why I was wanting a refund or anything. Very unprofessional in the support emails all in all terrible service provider.

The context for others. You purchased a service. Used it for 3 days. Then you requested refund. You got refunded without any problem. Then you came with a request to get you "your" data (save). According to our terms (which you accepted), after a refund the service is terminated, so we no longer support you. You got clear and neutral explanation (which I can enclose if necessary). If there is something we did wrong you could share so others judge themselves. --- The explanation is simple. There was an email, so it was handled. Not in seconds, but in about 10 minutes. You asked for a refund so you got it. It triggered the process of termination which is automated (cancel of subscription, termination, refund). No conspiracy theory. I am hoping at least you are feeling better now having added this negative review :)

We had to delete this person's account because of rude emails sent to us. After refunding full payment we got some more emails with hate-speech. Later we got this review. No more comments needed.

The problem with not being able to reset password was caused by email (login) typed with Capslock. You were supported and we exchanged a few emails. I did ask you to remove this review as it's not relevant to the hosting services, but I definitely find it a negative and vindictive gesture. Not very nice of you.
