Never used and my refund request was never responded to.

Supercraft is a game server hosting platform built for players, communities, and creators who want reliable multiplayer servers without the usual setup pain. We provide hosted servers for popular survival and sandbox games, with a focus on simple deployment, stable performance, useful control-panel features, and responsive support. Our goal is to make it easy for anyone to launch and manage a private or public game server, whether they are running a small world for friends or building a larger community. Supercraft helps customers avoid the technical complexity of renting raw infrastructure, configuring game files manually, opening ports, handling restarts, or troubleshooting common server issues from scratch.Alongside our main hosting platform, Supercraft also operates community and developer-focused projects. 7d2d.net is our dedicated 7 Days to Die community site with guides, tools, wiki content, and player resources. We also build Game Server Backend at gsb.supercraft.host, a backend platform for indie multiplayer games that need services such as player data, leaderboards, identity, and game-server infrastructure. We focus on practical features that matter to real players and developers: fast setup, clear pricing, easy server management, backups where available, mod-friendly workflows where supported, helpful documentation, and game-specific resources. Our team continues to improve the platform based on customer feedback, game updates, and the needs of active multiplayer communities.Whether you are hosting for friends, running a Discord community, managing a public server, or building a multiplayer game, Supercraft aims to provide dependable infrastructure and useful tools for the game-server ecosystem.

I had a terrible time with the staff trying to help me. All I asked from them was to show me how I could upload a already used world into the server. But instead, they were jerks about it and said I need to be a better customer. This is not how you treat people who just bought off of your website. I would have loved to keep using these servers but for that reason I have cancelled my subscription right away because these jerks do not deserve to get any money.

Their how-to guides suck. LOTS of errors, typos, and bad grammar. There is one bad guide, screenshots which don't match the guide, another crappy guide, a useless video, etc. None of which match each other. We struggled for a week to upload a random world generated map from PC to theit server. Tech support for Medium level tier subscription was snobby, instead of clearly explaining what the issue was, kept sayong we did not follow the guide. But following the guide does not get you anywhere. I pointed out to their tech support the issue with their howto guide which must be addressed for the benefit of customers and to eliminate me needing tech support to begin with, but they were not impressed, did not press for specifics, and I did not feel like they care to address it.

If you will experience any issue with your server and you go to their discord, please dont ask assistance from one of their support Dxwo (i forgot his discord username because of how bad his service was) We experience an issue one time with their website (7d2d.net) and their initial response is "we are investigating it" without any timeframe or atleast setting our expectation when is the possible time to resolve the said issue. Some of the users asking for an update but It took them 10 hrs to respond. Some of the users expresses disatisfaction on the way he response earlier that day related to the website being down. When he got back, he said on the Support channel at Discord "Sorry for sleeping" and then post the update about the issue. I called him out that why did he say sorry for sleeping where he could just said "Sorry for the late reply because he slept" or just simply "Sorry for waiting". He RUDELY response to me and some of the user backed him up and and started to jumped at me saying bad things to me where in the only thing that I just want to accomplish is admit that they have lapses on how to assist US (customers) where we are the paying customers here. Even my friends who sometimes ask for assistance, Dxwo rudely response to them even on accidentally using a simple CAPSLOCK chat. Because of the experience, I leave the 7D2D.net Discord server. This is not a good experience for me. Please train your support team on how to PROPERLY ASSIST their customers.

It was laggy, required additional restarts. Shame they took this domain whilst providing terrible service that makes you wait days for their 'hardware' to be fixed. Never more.

payed for the service, took an hour for the payment to go through on their end, after payment went through the website went down for over an hour, decided to ask for a refund, and it was refused. Terrible quality of service, and terrible customer experience.

The menu is not user friendly. When using the menu I struggled to select a map and I can only choose Navegane.

You have the right to have your opinion, but don't you think a 1 for "the menu not user friendly" is sort of too tough on us? ;-)
