You took my money and I never got my product and there is no one to escalate to so you stole my money 60 dollars

Placed my order 10 days ago and according to the tracking info I received, UPS still hasnt even received it. The label has on been “created”. Seems like a scam website, DO NOT order from them

Been trying to reach customer service forever. That chat option is a complete scam cuz how does a 1 min waiting time take hours?? Same day dispatch is NOT a real thing. Ordered one order at 9 am didn’t get shipped out till next day. Placed another order the day before it was supposed to ship out and it’s been saying shipment ready for UPS. Do not trust them take your money somewhere else. They will not help you or work with you

I ordered juice on the 3rd and it has not even shipped yet. Contacted help and they said nothing was wrong. I paid too much money to wait this long.

Never got my order number

Won’t return calls emails and my product never got picked up by ups paid 170 bucks for next day air and still hasn’t done anything

Products are constantly lost, not sent, delayed, and customer service is non-existent.

Y’all never sent one product all together and still have not refunded that order. The orders you did fill where all late arrivals
