Was a minor stock issue which was handled really well. Thank you. Initial quality is excellent. Wish there was a more user friendly guide for live tv. All parts feel of solid high quality materials. Very happy with service and quality.

Took some time to recieve I was offered…
Took some time to recieve I was offered a product upgrade which I accepted instructions were non existent other than hook up but got it working and love it so far I would buy again

What great service and a great product…
They upgraded my box to an ultra cause the max was out of stock , not many companies would do that, I'm so impressed with the service and the box. What an amazing experience to have this box, I've waiting so long for it. Now I can watch any sports game I want!!

Being able to chat with the cat

It was authentic product, with great customer service and excellent tech support. They did not have the box I wanted so, I got a generous free upgrade both on the generation and on the tier. Great Customer Service
Customer service was beyond my expectations. They were out of stock of the unit I purchased and automatically upgraded my unit since they were in stock. No hassle, no waiting. Great first impression!
