Updated - Meh for new customers
******Update******* Original rating 2/5 Updated to 4/5 +1 Star for Jennifer's call. She called me back and was very apologetic and respectful. She took ownership of the problem and sent my order to shipping. +1 Star for fast shipping. They were able to ship my product within my state which meant I got my package next day. Even though I paid for ground. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Why only 4 stars? -1 star because SuperBiiz needs additional staff. I have read from other reviews that Jennifer and Jessica are the only ones doing work there. Obviously these two need a raise and SuperBiiz needs to hire more staff. Never the less I am happy that I finally got my product. And I am impressed by the speed that they shipped it. Original Review: SuperBiiz is really a site for wholesalers and resellers, not for the general public. I made the mistake of picking this site from PcPartBuilder because they had a stellar deal on an Intel processor. The problem though was that they charge for shipping and have a lot of red tape. Too much in fact for an average individual consumer. And to amplify the problem, they simply do not have the support staff to manage their current orders in a timely manner. Full Story and Explanation: I ordered a single Intel processor on 07/01/16 (Friday). They put in the order on 07/04/16 (good on them since this was a holiday). However by 07/05 – 07/06 I noticed that my ordered had not shipped out. 07/07/16 comes and I receive a voice mail that I need to verify my order for “security purposes”. This is acceptable, since I had to do the same for NewEgg when I first started. So I try to give them a call to their support line at 11pm at night after my work schedule. No one answers, why? Because their support group only answers Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm (PST). So I left them a voice mail and sent support an email. 07/08/16 (Friday) comes around still no call response, so I call again. Still no answer from their support, left 2nd voice mail. Finally get an email response from support stating “For security purposes, we require you to confirm the order with us over the phone. Please contact our Customer Support Line at 408-934-2500” The problem with this is that they do not answer their phone!!! So how am I the customer supposed to verify my order? So here we are today, 07/11/16. I have left another voice mail, sent another email 10 days after ordering, trying to verify my order so it can be shipped. Now do you understand my frustration? And why I feel obligated to warn you the consumer? Overall Summary via Pros and Cons Pros: Great deals. Often undercutting NewEgg and Amazon Better for established customers, I assume Good security for businesses or individuals Best for businesses who need best price, but who can afford to wait a couple weeks or months. Cons: Non-existent customer care/support (there is like 1 person named Jennifer) Very difficult for new consumers due to security policies Excessive wait times for consumers. We are talking weeks not days. They charge for shipping, making individual orders less cost effective Their website needs a redesign and is not as intuitive as NewEgg or Amazon Recommendations: For SuperBiiz: Please increase support and ordering staff. I have heard that Jennifer is a great person but she obviously needs help because she seems the only person doing any actual work. Also, consider having a support TEAM for new customers so that you RETAIN them! For consumers: If you want convenience you will have to pay the few extra dollars and go to NewEgg and Amazon. I ordered a motherboard the same day on 07/01/16 from NewEgg and received it 07/09/16. But then again, I was already verified with NewEgg. For businesses: Keep an expectation of little support and expect to wait longer for orders. You may also tie up your staff trying to get escalations and status for your orders. But you will probably save some money by doing this. Depending on how much time you lose with your staff being tied up.
