I did not experience any problems ordering this time around, like I did the last time! LOL I expected to receive what I ordered in 4 to 7 days, and I received it in 7 days. I presume it was because there was a winter storm in the southern USA and the Inauguration in Washington DC. However I expected the delivery time to be later in the early evening, but it came earlier in the afternoon. When I did experience the problem with my previous order, I contacted them and they corrected the issue I had. So service is very good! I would recommend buying from them and I will buy from them again in the future!

Everything came in good condition, and it was also nice that I wasn't charged any tax being in New York. I only took off one star for the shipping speed. Other than that, my experience with Superbiiz was excellent.

It got here pretty fast and was perfectly safe in it's packaging. My only minor gripe is that they don't seem to ship out orders on the weekends. Mine was ordered Saturday, but shipped on Monday

Shopping with SuperBiiz was easy and quick. Given the right circumstances, such as a sale or a special deal, I would certainly order again.

Products were exactly as advertised, great prices and function well in the already completed build. I only wish SuperBiz didn't take 3+ days just to process and ship the order. From shipping to arrival no problem, but as these parts were only some of the ones we selected for my son's first build and they took longer to ship than components ordered elsewhere, it delayed the build for an extra week. That was frustrating to my son and I. In the future I'll probably order elsewhere if timing is important.
