Misleading advertisement
Buyer beware. Unfortunately, unless an item is defective it is not eligible for a refund if it is not brand new and unopened. Then they apologize for the trouble this has caused you. I was lead into believing there would be a 15% restocking fee which I was willing to do. No where on the web or during the purchase price does it state item is non-refundable if you open it and try it on for size (headset). This company is not interested in good customer service, but ripping folks off...
