I need to admit a mistake. I am retracting my negative review of SuperBiiz. I returned a used Strix motherboard to them by mistake instead of the one they originally shipped. I didn't know that there were three Strix MBs involved in a third party computer build; the full size one they shipped, the smaller version the computer shop ordered to replace it, and the used one from a previous and relatively recent installation by Fry's Electronics. Unfortunately I don't know much about what's inside a computer or brand names and screwed up. When I eventually realized my mistake, I returned the right MB to SuperBiiz and they promptly refunded the sale price less a restocking fee.

The Shipment came on time but one of the cables didn't work but I dont think it was SuperBiiz fault i think it was the nzxts fault

One order was handled great, the second wasn't. They fixed the problem quickly. We will see how it goes in the future. I will buy from them in the future.

Shipping was Fast from the moment it was first scanned to the moment it was delivered to my door (21.5 hours to be exact) Purchased on 4-09-2017 and paid the $5.99 rush fee so that it would be ready for shipping by 4-10-2017 otherwise I would be refunded. Product didn't ship til 4-12-2017 and I was not refunded $5.99 as the invoice stated I would. Not really bothered by it though since I did receive it in under 24 hours when I was expecting somewhere between 2-4 days. Edit: Customer support has reached out to me to refund me the $5.99 Rush fee. As a company it shows they read reviews and care about customer satisfaction with a willingness to correct any and all mistakes. That is respectable and because of it i have changed my score from 3 to 4 stars, I would actually put 4.5 stars if I could.

Good prices, package shipped on time. Paying for standard shipping is a bit irksome, but nothing awful.
