Thank you for shopping with us, Kevin. Did you happen to have another order you are referring to? Free Shipping was actually applied to the order referenced on this review. We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with delivery times. We received your order on Thursday evening after our offices were closed, but was able to process it immediately the next day. This is within the 1-2 day expected time period stated on our FAQs page. Looks like UPS was unable to include it on their last pick-up before the weekend, but was able to pick it up the following business day on Monday (our warehouses/offices are closed over the weekend). UPS Ground Shipping does take anywhere from 5-6 business days when shipping from the West Coast to East Coast, but we do offer expedited shipping options during checkout, should you need the product sooner. You can also find estimated shipping times on the UPS website. We do state the restocking fee in our RMA Return page on our website, along with the RMA form and all the steps to submit an RMA - http://www.superbiiz.com/rma.php We have record of only one RMA form submitted to us through our website on 9/27 and an RMA number was issued to you the next day. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding or miscommunication on your first attempt to file an RMA. You should have received an automated email message to confirm we received the submission, along with next steps. We will certainly look into this to make sure there aren’t any bugs in our system. Due to past customer experiences with stolen deliveries on high-value items, we now require a signature for certain products. While this information does appear on the UPS website tracking page for your orders, I understand that this requirement may not have been directly communicated to you when your order shipped out and we apologize for that.
