SuperBiizReviews of superbiiz.com

Great product, fulfillment time. Wish the return policy was more on par with others. Thanks!

SuperBiiz offers good products at competitive prices, but the website leaves some things to be desired. The site still has that early-2000 look... (the kind of retro look that haunts Windows XP, old video game graphics and sketchy online websites). Don't get me wrong, SuperBiiz is NOT a bad site or company, but, unlike NewEgg, it looks very outdated and its site is simply not the best. Also, I wish the site was a bit more user friendly. Please note, this review was intended to be critical so that SuperBiiz can have honest feedback on how to improve. I recommend SuperBiiz as a supplier for quality PC hardware and I haven't had a bad experience with them yet.

Boxes containing my gpu was slightly damaged, but all the products were fine

No issues with the order. Item works

Gave me a good price for good working parts

Received a DOA motherboard but the customer service was great. My other products came in a timely manner so overall I'm pleased.

Shipment arrived as expected.

Great products, fast shipping, some minor difficulties with ordering.
