SuperBiizReviews of superbiiz.com

Charges 50 dollar shipping but takes 3x as long as other companies to deliver. If you see a part at good price on this site, buy elsewhere because the shipping price makes it more expensive than others and it still takes forever to ship.

A scam -- won't honor the return period, doesn't reply to emails, and then replies to the fourth attempt finally saying that you can't return something. EDIT: I see SuperBiiz lies again and refuses to acknowledge the other emails I sent in November wondering why their policies were so entirely inflexible. The point to this review is NewEgg saw the same situation and were glad to try and work with me. SuperBiiz was not, and thus ensured themselves as many lost customers as possible. EDIT 2: Not amused by the condescending remarks, either. I don't need empty apologies - I needed some consideration when it mattered; that clearly didn't happen.

If you want your order processed quick and in your hands ASAP this is not the right place. Superbiiz warehouse is 50 minutes away from me so them taking over TWO weeks and still not being able to process my order is crazy. Their customer support takes forever to reply so you only get to talk to them once or twice a day. Finally decided to cancel my order after so many delays, cause even if I did wait it out it would have been maybe another week plus the shipping time which would have been another week, so I'm better off canceling, waiting 2 days for my refund and ordering from a different place. This is my worst experience ordering something And i recommend staying away and order somewhere else. :)

Their email sounds very threatening and unfriendly. I don't feel comfortable buying from these people. They have no costumer respect. I will never bother buying from them when there is amazon! """ Our RMA department inspects and tests every product returned. Physical damage (burnt, chipped, cracked, bent pins, etc) to any product will void the product's warranty. This includes improper handling, any type of damage sustained by irregular usage, and/or other modifications on your item. Products that we test to be NOT defective will be returned back to you. Please check the compatibility of your item beforehand. Only unopened packages and defective items sent back within thirty (30) days from your invoice date may be returned for a refund. If you have technical questions, please email us or contact the manufacturer for in-depth support. """ I am building a new pc and haven't have time to test the keyboard. From the time the invoice got created to the time i received the item was like 15 days. So basically i have had a small change to test the product and return it.

After 6 business days, my order is still processing. I will never buy anything from them. Their excuse is high volume of orders but this is is getting ridiculous.

I ordered a case and only a case. It has been 3 days and it’s still processing and then I go and email them and ask them why it’s taking so long, I have emailed twice already with no response at all yet which is pretty annoying. I wouldn’t shop here due to the massive wait of the processing of your order and the no support or any feedback on both the emails I have sent. I’m extremely unsatisfied with how this website is. Stay shopping at Amazon, Newegg, ect.

Don't buy from this site. The customer service response time is fast but their rma process is ridiculous. Rma is for returns of a product. You have to pay return shipping which i had to ship within 15 days. The 30 day return policy that begins before you even recieve the product is dumb, practically can't gift the item and must rush test it. It cost me 30dollars to ship back my product, using this site i was only saving 20 dollars, but now i have paid more. They claim to inspect what i assume is a doa product. They never told me that the product arrived and they shipped the product somewhere else for testing and won't get it back for 4 weeks. Stick to newegg, amazon, and other authorized dealers. Thought i was saving money, but the long run is that i spun more money to return it. it doesn't matter if its unopened. They still won't pay the return shipping. Guys and girls pay the few extra bucks on a better website. Because if your product doesn't work, you will pay more because of shipping and will wait for eternity on a refund or replacement.

I purchased a GTX 1070ti while it was in stock and paid for it using my amex credit card. The order went thru and I was happy expecting my card in a weeks time. Well unfortunately I receive an email soon after stating that my order is on hold and that I will have to pay using paypal. Figured this is not a problem and that they are attempting to prevent fraud. So I contact customer care (in under 10 minutes from when I received the email) to make the payment using paypal and what do you know, the item is now out of stock. I could no longer pay for the card that I ordered while in stock, the card should have been assigned to my order but instead they cancel my order and ask me to buy a different version of the 1070ti (which conveniently is about $25-$30 more.
