Good, not great but good

The motherboard I was gonna by from B+H sold out so I found a place with the same motherboard at a similar price and found SuperBiiz. I didn't care for the processing time and paying for standard shipping when B+H offered free expedited shipping on the same product, but I wanted it now, so I dealt.

Like most retailers, they make no effort to actually provide customers actual service. once the sale is done, you get your product, and that's it. Cheap. Functional. Done.

They have great pricing and reasonable shipping rates. Although I was just curious why. After payment was made it took 5 days to ship my order out. I realize I didn't pay for 2nd day ship or any expedited shipping. But why wait 5 days ?? Item was great and packed well.... Thanks for saving me some $$$

Shipping electronics. The box fit one item exactly. No protection. The microprocessor was set on top with not enough packing material to keep it secure. Just bouncing around on top. Lucky dispite the box damage, everything is working. I will think long and hard before using this company again.

The product was advertised as coming in on a Thursday. It came the next Tuesday. The product is great for the price and much quieter than the stock Intel one!

The products were good and the service was good,but god the shipping was awful. The tracking didn't work at all after the first day, and it never updated until the day i received the package. I guess more of the blame could be put on UPS for this, but it's still part of the overall buying experience.

Shipping take too long ... waited for 2 weeks to get one item that I bought from Superbiiz.
