The kick stand failed and I was ready to buy a new SupCase when my wife asked about their warranty. I contacted the company and low & behold I was covered. Their represenarsive was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She followed the claim cradle to grave. Love the product, this was the first issue I ever had with any of their products, past & present. They came to the table quickly and resolved it in short order...Job Well Done.

Nice case,...straight forward directions to put together. Customer service was top notch handling my issue. Questioned if screen guard could be purchased due to self-caused issue and they replaced the whole case, no issues, as it was still under warranty. Definitely recommend.
