My favorite phone case, it's pricy, but guaranteed to last 2 years. Been using it since the Samsung Note 8 to the latest Samsung S26 ultra
Response from SUPCASEJun 2, 2026
That’s awesome — really appreciate you sticking with us through all those devices 👍

I ordered the wrong colour of phone case and reached out to request that my order be modified. To my pleasant surprise, Camille from Customer Service replied within minutes and rectified my error... and provided me with a 'Welcome' discount! Thank-you Camille and Supcase for the outstanding service.
Response from SUPCASEJun 2, 2026
Nice — glad Camille could sort that out quickly for you and turn it around with the colour change and discount. Appreciate you sharing this 👍

The quality of the Samsung 25 Ultra holder is good quality. I was just surprised the clip broke. But you didn't give me a hassle about replacing it and that kind of loyalty to your product and customer satisfaction is greatly appreciated. I know I was within the warranty window my question is what is the clip break again? And the first broke less than a year. This will be my only concern. Ps I recently purchased one for my wife a few weeks ago and she loves it.
Response from SUPCASEJun 2, 2026
That's completely understandable, Tyger. We can see why the belt clip would still be on your mind after your previous experience. It's great to hear the replacement process went smoothly, and we're grateful for your trust in our team. We're also glad your wife is enjoying her case. We appreciate you sharing your experience.
