I was three weeks past my 12 month warranty when my watch strap broke. Jackie was amazing to work with to activate the additional 12 month warranty and the replacement was shipped quickly. Great products and even better service is why I keep using SUPCASE products. Thank you!

Customer service was very responsive in replacement of the holder after it failed after approximately 3 months in service. Generally, the holder functions well, but why it cracked/failed makes me question the quality of the materials used!
