I continue to use this product line because of the durability of their products and the warranty policy is excellent. I have been buying cases and holsters from them since I abandon Otterbox. I even now have my uncles and family members buying these cases and holsters.

I was really bummed out when my case broke at the hinge. Reached out about a warranty replacement and quickly received a new case. Having good customer service means a lot. Would definitely buy another case.

That means a lot to hear. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to make things right.

I required a new part for my phone case. I was sent a new case instead of just the part required. The new case fits as it should. Thank you!!

Nice to hear the replacement worked out well for you.

This case is tough, well-designed, and easy to use. This company stands behind their products, and replaced mine after almost a year of hard service. Highly recommended!
