My screen cracked and they replaced the case quickly with their warranty program.

The belt loop case broke. I contacted Supcase and sent them a picture and they sent me a new belt case

Supcase was quick to respond, had my info, and resolved my issue in a single email. At no point did they try and quibble over my issues.

No questions asked warranty coverage. I explained the problem, sent a pic and a new case was sent!

Super case makes a product that is both sleek in design and visually appealing. The extra thought that went into the magnet on the back, fingerprint magnification on the front and let's not forget the little kickstand on the back for a slightly hands-free operation. I am really happy with this case and the protection that it offers my phone!

I broke my belt clip. I contacted customer service about buying a replacement . It was sent out immediately. Received it in a few days! Excellent , fast customer service! And the case for the iPhone 17 pro max is great too!
