Everything was quick and the customer service was great

My Supcase is a great case for my current S25 Ultra. I have owned them for my previous Note 9's and they work fantastic to protect my devices. They are very durable and the beltclip option is great to keeping my phone safe but easily available. I recently had the belt clip holster break at the top and I called customer service and they sent me a replacement under warranty. Thank you for making a great product and backing it with great customer service and support.

Excellent customer service and warranty experience! I had an issue with my iPhone 17 Pro Max case, and SUPCASE honored the warranty without any hassle. The replacement process was quick and easy, and my new case was delivered much faster than I expected. I’m very satisfied with how everything was handled and truly appreciate the fast response and excellent support. fantastic case heavy duty case even when i have drop my phone and that's a lot nothing happens i did have one problem and i was trying to get a new screen protector so emailed them asking where to buy from as i was brought from amazon and new it was 13 months old they sent me a new unit had it 8th july 2026 about 3 days after speaking to them yes the case are a little bit dearer but i have brought a lot off case in the past and i think i have found my go to case its from SUPCASE keep up the good work

Amazing fast resolution of my issue!

The service provided by these guys is amazing. The first Supcase I ordered had an issue with the back lens covers falling off. Called them up and had a new case heading my way the next day. This time, I was just outside of the one-year warranty. Called them up with an issue of the rubber separating from the back of my case. The agent pointed out that I had registered Supcase and gotten the free extended warranty. Bingo! A quick verification of my Amazon invoice and a new case was on my way. Everybody can battle for low prices, but it’s the service after the sale that means the most to me. These guys are awesome and all of my cases for iPads and minis will also come from Supcase.
