I highly recommend this product and supplier. I bought two phone cases for my Android and the belt clip broke on both. I like the design so I decided to buy a third one for the clip only and thought I would contact the supplier to ask if they had a more robust clip. I was contact quickly by the representative and after a few questions on the experience I was told that they would be happy to send a replacement N/C. I was not asking for something free but they, without hesitation, offered it and in short order they shipped a replacement. I am very pleased with the product and now the super customer service.
