Customer service got back to me in a timely manner with an explanation to my question about why some of the similar cases to mine show a cover for the charging port...Apparently for some reason the case for my Galaxy S26 Ultra doesn't have this opening and closing cover over the charging port...I think this is something that maybe you should change in the future as moisture can get in there and effect the phone..

I got this case originally on Amazon. The panel covering the hinge broke in about a month. I contacted support and they were incredibly helpful. Once proof of purchase and a couple pictures were sent, they sent me a replacement free of charge, even sending a newer version. Communication was clear, concise, consistent and reliable.
