Hi Randy, Really appreciate the honest feedback — and glad to hear you’re loving the UB Grip overall 👍 We completely understand your point about the belt clip, especially with the kind of work setup you described. If you’re carrying tools throughout the day, pocket carry definitely isn’t always practical. Feedback like this is genuinely helpful for us because it gives real-world insight into how people use our cases day to day. We’ll make sure your comments get shared with the product team 🙌 Thanks again for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback. Best regards, Supcase Customer Support

Hi Allison, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience — we really appreciate it 😊 It’s great to hear the case has been holding up well and protecting your phone, even through those tougher drops (the hiking one sounds like quite a test 😅). Regarding the fingerprint sensor, this isn’t something you should normally experience, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. We’d definitely like to look into this further and help get it resolved for you. Could you please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details? You can also contact us at +1 888-981-8159 (Mon–Fri, 9am–4pm ET), and our team will be happy to assist you with a proper solution. And thank you again for your support — it truly means a lot to us that we’ve earned your trust as a return customer. Best regards, Supcase Support Team

Hi there, Thanks a ton for sharing your thoughts! Super glad the phone case is rocking and keeping your phone safe — that’s exactly what we love to hear. 🎉 We totally get what you mean about the Mag Wallet — a bit heavy and stiff can be tricky. Glad it still works okay as a separate wallet, though! We’ll pass your feedback to the team to see if we can make it even better. 💡 Really appreciate you taking the time to tell us — every bit helps us improve! 🙏💖 Best Regards, Supcase Support Team

Hi Ryan, Really glad to hear the design and overall quality are working well for you 🙂 You’re right to point out the screen protector — in some situations, dust can find its way underneath, and we know that’s not ideal. If you’re open to it, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected], and we can take a closer look with you. Appreciate you sharing your experience with us. Best regards, Supcase Support Team
