This was a very quick and painless process. The only complicated part was finding where to put in my claim. But once I figured that out, the claim was processed quickly. And my rep was very friendly and punctual with updates.

Your feedback is really valuable, and we will pass this note to our team to improve the visibility of our warranty entry point.

“Supcase” has went way over the top with customer support. I recently had a phone holster clip crack and after filing a warranty claim for a new “holster clip” I received not only the clip but a new iPhone case. This was totally unexpected. I am a previous OtterBox Defender user - my husband and I have switched to Supcase and we are telling everyone how good the products are. Quality products—Quality service. Thanks!!!!! We will buy again.

Thank you for this wonderful feedback. We are truly glad that our customer support team went above and beyond to help you when your holster clip cracked under your warranty. It is fantastic to hear that both you and your husband have switched over from another brand and are happy with our products. We really value you spreading the word about SUPCASE to people around you. We keep striving to deliver solid‑quality items alongside reliable service for every customer. Thank you for your loyalty, and we look forward to serving you again in the future.

Love the case and the protection it provides. I have been using this brand for about 5 years now. I am a woodworker and work in a warehouse and always bumping or rubbing against projects I am working on. SUPCASE has performed beautifully protecting my phone.
