Quick and easy warranty claim. It was easy to use my Amazon order number as Proof of purchase and the turn around was quick for my replacement holster. Even though I told the rep that it was only the holster that had broken, I had a whole new case and holster by the end of the week. Exceptional customer service!

Have purchased from Supcase 3 times now and the products are excellent. We had an issue with a phone clip, and when we contacted customer service for help the service was also excellent. I would highly recommend anyone in need of phone case, etc.., to purchase Supcase products.

I’ve been really impressed with Supcase, both the products and the customer service. I reached out about a case upgrade and worked with Camille from their support team, who was fantastic — quick to respond, clear communication, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I got the UB Grip Series case for my Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, and the build quality is excellent — solid protection with a great grip and MagSafe compatibility. You can tell this is a company that cares about getting the details right, both in their products and how they treat customers. Camille made the whole experience smooth and easy. Great support like this is hard to find these days. Will definitely be a returning customer!

I was disappointed the belt clip broke after about 3 months, but support was great and I had a full replacement in about 4 days.
