I don’t know what caused a crack to appear in my protective case screen, but it happened. I called Supcase and explain my situation. With no questions, they promptly mailed a replacement part to me. The case comes in two pieces… They were able to replace the glass front piece which had broken. I am appreciative.

Jackie was able to resolve my problem. I know I purchased the case for my IPhone 17e in March because that is when I purchased my phone. I could not locate the receipt. Jackie gave me the solution to purchase another belt clip. When I ordered the replacement I must have deleted the order by mistake. Happy that I can use the clip again.

Even though I forgot about registering product for extended warranty and had a piece of my iphone case broken out of nowhere (it was exactly one day before end of 2-years total guarantee period) - they replied within a day, accepted the claim, provided me the instruction to register the product for extended warranty, and ensuring Im satisfied with the result of the claim. Amazing customer support!

I ordered the Unicorn Beetle Supcase for my 5th gen 12.9 Ipad Pro. It arrived and and I was pretty pleased with it. It seemed durable, sturdy and the placement for the apple pencil was super convenient. But then I noticed that the pencil wasn't charging. It would only charge if I squeezed the case tightly. I reached out to supcase and they did a little research into my dilemma and felt the case wasn't defective, but sent me a new case anyway. Its working properly now, so something was up with it. So, with that being said, I'm happy with my case and with the company for doing what they could to make it right. I recommend Supcase, because even if for some odd reason you purchase an item from them and have any issues, they'll resolve it and thats what matters.

Great experience. I ordered the wrong case the first time. I was sent a return slip and was able to receive a full refund. In the meantime ordered the right case and received it in no time. The case is well made and very strong. I’m sure it will protect my new phone. Thank you
