I'm new to Supcase
I'm new to Supcase, but I really like the products y'all offer. When there was a slight delay in shipping my UB Series case due to it being a promotional offer, I got rather panicky. But the lady at CS assured me i had nothing to worry about and that my case was being prepped for me. I really liked her. And so far I'm impressed with the UB Grip for my Z Fold 8 Ultra. Very durable without being overly bulky. I will be a re-peat Supcase customer. 🙂

Great, As Usual
Case was, as usual, of good quality. They are one of the few companies that market 'holster' cases and I've used them going way back to Google Nexus phone days - so many that I've actually lost count. Quite reliable and the one time I had a failure (the belt clip on the holster came loose) they sent me a replacement for the whole kit with no problems. I literally don't unbox a new new phone until I have one of these cases on hand and the phone goes from box to case before I do anything else which means my trade-in phones are always pristine.

This has been the best phone case I’ve had in a while. After it getting messed up from normal use, they replaced it for me and it’s still in great condition. The customer service was very easy to contact and receive assistance from.

Outstanding Customer Service from CSR: Vera.
A CSR named Vera helped me with my warranty claim. She had a new case for my Ipad 10 sent to me immediately. She was awesome and deserves a raise or promotion! She was also very kind.
