I deposited 400, turned it into nearly 1100 and never got my money When you withdraw it says unexpected error occured. Their support paste the same statements about them truly caring, then they tell you that can't do anything and an email will be coming. I'm never going to get my money. Their email support doesn't even respond. Absolute scam Avoid at all cost

It has been 3/4 weeks and I'm still waiting for my funds. I'm gonna contact their license provider Anjouan Gaming for this. Only poor excuses like "it's a normal delay" ... Everyone who has the same problem, contact Anjouan Gaming, this casino needs to be shut down, pure scam

I had high hopes when I started playing at this casino, but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. They promise easy winnings, cashback offers, and instant withdrawals, but in reality, none of these promises are kept. Even worse, when I finally won a decent amount, the withdrawal process became a nightmare. The delays were unjustifiable, with constant excuses, repeated requests for documents, and so-called “technical issues.” I ended up waiting for weeks to receive money that was rightfully mine. Customer support was unhelpful and often avoided giving clear answers. Instead of assisting, they kept passing the responsibility from one department to another. In summary, this is a casino that does not respect its players. It fails to deliver on its promises and acts unprofessionally when it’s time to pay out. I do not recommend it to anyone – there are far more reliable options out there.

This is an honest review! Avoid this SCAM casino site at all cost. There are so many Online betting and Casino sites out there that would payout your winnings. This particular one is the worst I've ever been with. I made a withdrawal request of $300 for the first time but it took them forever to process. It was stuck on UNDER REVIEW status. That time I knew I've got scammed. I canceled the withdrawal and they suck it all up within minutes as expected. Customer service would leave you in the chat in terms of withdrawal concerns. So I decided to close my account and guess what happens next, They contacted me and offer $30 without wagering terms. This low class Online Casino thinks all their players are as cheap as their stinky, unfamiliar, barely known site.

My VIP manager, Esmeralda, has been amazing! She is very friendly and has given many great bonuses! But like everyone else, I’ve had major trouble withdrawing money, this needs to be fixed asap as I really enjoy this site, but this is a huge issue.

Avoid. Takes about 4 weeks to get your winnings, if you're lucky. Spoke to customer care everyday and they keep giving poor excuses about why it takes soo long to transfer to my bank account. Once they said about their terms and conditions saying they have the right to do basically whatever they want.
