Pick up Palma Airport: Driver 20 minutes delayed. Only showed up after complain. Driver didn’t know the way. Took another 20 minutes Google map research before driver was able to start Pick up El Arenal Clup Nautico Marina: Driver didn’t show up at all. Extremely inconvenient situation. Had to find a another Taxi at 6:30 in the morning. Almost missed airplane. After trip no message, excuse or refund from suntranfer. Just silence

We were really disapointed with the trip we booked with Suntransfer. First of all the boat was extremely overcrowded. It seemed like there was twice as many people as seats on the boat, and we had to stand for the entire trip. Second of all the food was inedible, and they didn’t serve us any drinks, because they said the line was too long. We couldn’t even get a glass of water with our food. In conclusion the trip was not at all what was described to us and what we expected.

Never book with them !!!! They will take your money and not pick you up. We had 2 transfers with them . One was 30 minutes late, the other one didn’t come at all!!
