I spoke with a rep from there last Friday morning regarding a loan. I called on my lunch break and was told to call back due to someone being out of the office. I called back 30 minutes later and asked to speak with someone to complete my application. This is how the conversation went" Hi im calling back to complete my application. The rep:" *Sighs loudly * when did you fill out your application love?" Me: click That was so rude. I get that im asking for a service but that was extremely rude.

They scammed me on my taxes and they also try to scam you with the loans I made several attemps to have the issue resolved I even called the corporate office on them and never got anywhere I also tried to see of they could resolve the issue in office nothing I had to go to several places trying to get a check cashed that was no good. The women there want to be in your business personally which I feel is very unprofessional I have two business and I still have to rely on other income sources but I work for myself I dont have to answer to no one when it comes to my money and my time.

Multiple calls back to back not respected what’s being said. You cannot continue to call a person job when you’ve been asked not too calling their references when that’s not what they are for. There’s just no respect and when you’re explaining to them why you haven’t been able to pay them they get very disrespectful

This office in Athens Georgia is always rude to the customers upon entering the office. The staff never greet the customers and they all need to be retrained on customer Serivce when utilizing the phones for collections or payment reminders.
