Once again. I requested a withdrawal they asked me to make lite coin purchase to verify my account and the told me I wasn't allowed my with drywall because it was bonus money even after I played through the required amount. I have had this happen before with this company. Don't spend money with this company they won't pay u and they have world class customer service top notch for a ripoff. It's a scam...

Maybe things will be a different for some people , however for most bad reviews anyone reads about this place...believe them. They don't want to pay you, I had a hell of a time with the document process, there are plenty of much better gaming sites to play on. You don't need the needless aggravation, I did everything right so as of right now. I don't want anyone to play with these people. My advice to you guys...run and run fast!

I have had several deposits and withdrawals over the last few years. These last two withdrawals were the most difficult and painful. I had to resubmit all documentation and was even told that I had to submit a copy of my birth certificate. That is absolutely absurd! It takes a month and a half to get the money back and you have to keep calling back otherwise they will forget about you.

I would give them a zero if I could sunrise slots is a SCAM SCAM SCAM I agree with everyone else I made a withdrawal request on December 17th of 2024 it was approved and supposedly sent to my account on December 30th 2024 today is January 22nd 2025 and I have still not received my deposit and when I contact customer service or should I say non-customer service because all I get is generated messages that the money has been sent to my account and when I say I don't want to generated message the representatives always say that it has been escalated to the escalation department and they'll push it through in a day or two well those day or two's have been coming and going and coming and going and I'm still waiting and don't have a deposit do not waste your time or money on this casino it's a SCAM SCAM SCAM

I had a $2000 withdrawal on January 15 with Sunrise Slots. While playing the next day, the administrator confiscated my entire withdrawal. I contacted customer noservice and they stated I had played a crash game and that was against their "rule." This website is nothing but a den of thieves. DO NOT PLAY SUNRISE SLOTS. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.
