Ok here we go I started playing on here with your typical no deposit bonus that you get in your email inbox everyday. It took me a while but I finally got thru the playthrough balance and was able to cash out…..I thought. they first tell me I have to make a qulifying deposit of the minimum amount and I would be able to with draw it right back out then I find out I’m not eligible for the no deposit bonus because you have to make a deposit between each one to qualify. This company steals your money. Made a deposit and got logged out then couldn’t get back in. Created a second account to get their info and called to talk to someone , I was told that they saw I had my money on my account but my account was closed and I would not be getting my money back. I asked to speak to a manager and said no manager was available. I got on their chat and asked about it to have the chat shut me down , closed out the chat on me. If I could give 0 stars I would. I initiated a withdraw of my winnings. It has been 43 days and I still haven’t received the funds to my bank acct. The only way to reach them is through a chat.
