sunriseslots.comReviews of sunriseslots.com

Been a month have not been paid, contacted several times, they are in a group of casinoes, cool cat, captain jack, ragging bull, slot, wild vegas, palace of chance, planet 7 casino so you see if i have no faith in sunrise casino of them paying, neither will i trust the others in that group of casinoes, and you should not either, the other casinoes in that group if they are honest should throw sunrise casino out of that group, make them pay they owe me 1800, can not do like that by no one. the exact date on my time when it happened is close, let the other casinoes know in that group they either make them pay or throw them out.

Tried to withdrawal numerous times. Kept saying my documents were not validated and were pending. Sent photos of everything including bank letters. I just blew through $14000 in winnings. I guess it wasn't real money anyways. SCAM SCAM SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I asked them to cancel my account and I am still getting calls and emails. A VIP account manager actually called me at 11 pm . Sunrise Slots is a SCAM!!!

Worst online company ever. Don’t deposit any money. If you ever played any bonus. They will link that amount to the bonus and restrict and bind you to that bonus restriction.

This place is a total joke!!! Don't waste your time or money here!!! No joke! I jumped thru every hoop they had me jump thru to get APPROVED for a $100 withdraw! And it took 20 days for that to happen! And now we are going on close to a month with still no $100! I contact them daily and they tell me the same crap "we will escalate this with our finance team and that takes 24-48 hours" I have heard that 3 times now. They don't kind taking our money but mind paying it! There are a lot of good ones to play at, but this one is not the one!

I hate the way they target you with all there free play crap the the make it in my opinion difficult to withdraw the little of money I was up to 400 hundred dollars and could withdraw because I didn't have a bit coin account.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Complete cash grab and bogus terms.

I’ve also have had a horrible experience with there alternate site Ruby Slots waited almost a month for my withdrawal but I did receive it through bitcoin after countless times and threats sent to Customer service lol but I don’t recommend playing here for a instant payout

I have been waiting 2 months for $100 payout and keep getting the run around from the financial advisor
