Great install! Service has been awesome! One caveat, controller for awning has a flaw, when taking the awning out have to push the in button, when taking awning in have to push the out button, something to do with new part?!?!? Also my emergency activation for high winds is not working the way it should…..all else is great!

Easy to understand benefits. Wish the estimator would have quoted me on a little bit wider screen. The measurement verifier days later suggested adding a foot of awning on each side but did not present an added cost. Wish this would have all been covered at one time. Some minor issue with installers and instructions on remote operation but was eventually resolved after calling the main office. Awning looks and functions great. A much needed enhancement and seems to be holding up really well. I would recommend this company.

Product works great, installation was good but when I called for service I never got a call back
