Our experience was positive from our initial appointment with our sales representative through the product installation. They met their time commitments as stated in our contract. Their customer service team was responsive to any of our inquiries. We are very satisfied with our motorized garage screen door. We would recommend them to others.

Right from the first meeting, detailed descriptions and communication were greatly appreciated from sales associate Kyndale Benton. She was knowledgeable, professional and extremely easy to work with, and no pressure. Then the actual installation was very good. We are very pleased with the result, the blinds look great.

Good communication, reliable, good work..a little on the expensive side. They deserve 5 stars but I'm taking 1 star off because they associate themselves with Green Sky Financial.

Install was done as scheduled. Crew was very neat. I wish the installers had a printed “how to” instruction sheet. They verbally explained operation, but it would have been helpful to have it in print for reference.

Consistently followed up with us until we were ready to have the screens purchased and installed. Installation went as expected.
