Well, I didn't receive the order till after 7 days; long time to wait even though of delivery issues not your fault... However, when i received my cbd oil the bottle wasn't full; it was only 2/3 filled! I was very upset at this and also it wasn't what I had ordered, I ordered hemp seed base and got coconut oil base one. Overall, the product itself is very good and helped me with A lot of my daily chronic pain. So I didn't have a good order experience but the product is great! Thank you!

Hi Bambi, We're sorry your order took so long, unfortunately due to Covid and the holidays, all shipping across the country has taken much longer than anyone anticipated. Please email us your order number and what bottle was only 2/3 full, we can send you a full one right away! (Email: [email protected]). Please note: We do measure each 1 oz. tincture to 30ml, so there may be some extra room in the bottles as they are just over 1 oz. in size. Also, all our products utilize MCT oil and not hemp seed oil, as can be seen in the product ingredients found in each item description. We're glad the product is working for you! Thank you!
