The fixture does not attach to the hose. I wish I had read these reviews before clicking. My only other advice -- If you did make the mistake like me, then channel all that anger of being click-baited by a shell company into some elbow grease! I was pissed off but then scrubbed my outdoor stairs with a regular hose extension and scrub brush and it turned out okay. DO NOT BUY THIS!

They need ‘0’ stars. Awful customer service. I placed my order at the end of April. At the end of May, I threatened a refund request. Magically, on June 5th, my package arrived in Hawthorne, Ca, waiting the USPS to pick it up. Today is June 16th and it’s still sitting there. This is America! Why is it still sitting in a warehouse? Can’t blame this on COVID. SunnyFoxy has not replied to any of my emails. I don’t even see them on Facebook marketplace anymore. What a sham.

NO STARS - placed my order in March we are now in June and no delivery, tracking says it’s still in China. Really!! Have now put a complaint in with PayPal but to be honest, it’s like trying to get blood out of a stone so either way you lose as my last complaint with PayPal went on for months and I lost my money, parcel arrived open and missing contents!

If I could select a star it would be no star at all. I believe I am a product of a scam. This company does not exist. They cannot be reached by any method. I have sent several emails without no response. I even attached my receipt from Pay Pal. Does this company really exist? DO NOT ORDER ANYTING FROM SUNNYFOXY.
