I’ve had such an amazing experience with Sunny Hair so far! I’ve been researching extension brands for weeks trying to find the best quality for thick hair without spending an outrageous amount, and Sunny Hair has honestly stood out the most. Their customer service has been incredible from the beginning. Grazel was extremely helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process of helping me get set up with a professional account using my esthetician license. Every question I had about grams, thickness, and what would work best for my hair was answered thoroughly and professionally. I also really appreciated how knowledgeable they were about full glam installs for thick hair and how much guidance they provided regarding Genius Wefts and customization options. The professional pricing and support have made the process so much less stressful, and I’m so excited for my upcoming install. Based on my experience so far, I would absolutely recommend Sunny Hair to anyone looking for high-quality extensions and exceptional customer service!

I ordered the wrong brand of tape in extensions by mistake. I contacted Sunny’s extensions to see what had changed from the last order compared to the recent one. Grazel was more then helpful to get this sorted out. The communication was efficient, professional and kind. She quickly helped me sort this out and provided expedited shipping! Great customer service over all.
