Excellent shirt quality, excellent graphic. It took longer to arrive than expected, I'd buy from them again.

The original Small T-shirt I ordered was much smaller than anticipated (I’d recommend sizing up by at least one size). The issue was quickly recognized and resolved, with a replacement shipped the following day. Fantastic customer service, and the T-shirt itself is great!

They sent me a shirt that looked like the print was going to come off the first time I washed it. It looked like they printed it on their home printer. I complained to the company and they sent me another shirt of the same poor quality. I contacted them about trying to return both shirts and they never responded. I emailed 5 more times and they have completely ghosted me.

Dear Audrey, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We deeply regret that your experience with our product and our customer service fell so far short of your expectations. We take full responsibility for the poor quality of the shirts you received and the lack of response to your follow-up emails. This is completely unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. We’re shocked to hear that both the initial shirt and the replacement had such visibly low-quality prints. This is not the standard we uphold, and we’re committed to understanding where things went wrong. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to resolve this promptly. Please email us with your order details and preference (refund or replacement), and we’ll process it right away. We’ve also escalated this matter internally to ensure our support team addresses your case urgently and that such communication failures are prevented in the future. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we’re working to improve both our quality control and customer support processes. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to correct this. We hope to regain your trust and earn your positive review in time. Warm regards,
Omar E.
