I am happy with the sunglasses I bought, but not with the customer service. Sunglasses2u failed to provide the promised 10% cashback via the Top Cashback scheme. I am a member of Top Cashback and have chosen to buy the sunglasses specifically from their website because they claim to provide 10% cashback. No cashback arrived in my account and obviously I am disappointed.
